My family has this hilariously awesome event every year. We call it Baseball Beerfest.
And, you guessed right, we play baseball and drink beer. And eat lots of tasty food. All of our friends and family come and it’s a grand ol’ time.
I decided this year for dessert I would make some cupcakes. Beer related ones of course. Chocolate Stout it is! I used Young’s Double Chocolate Stout in this. Nom nom nom.
Super moist chocolatey beer-y cupcake with cream cheese frosting and candied bacon on top. How can you go wrong. Seriously. The beer taste in the cupcake is definitely noticeable, but delightfully of course.
I purposely slightly under-bake all of my chocolate cupcakes so that they have that fudgey top middle part. It’s my favourite part. So good.
